Fast, Convenient Orientation

95% of orientation is completed online.Only the road test is required in person, helping qualified Owner Operators get on the road faster.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card

  • Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience

  • At least 21 years of age

  • Tractor must be model year 2012 or newer

  • Good motor vehicle and accident history

  • DOT and CSA compliant

  • Ability to obtain TSA clearance or a TWIC card

  • Self-certified CDL with state DMV

  • No more than 2 moving violations and/or preventable accidents within the past 3 years

  • No license suspension or revocation within the past 3 years

  • No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 7 years

  • PSP results reviewed during the hiring process
